Water tables have dropped all across the State of Virginia and the rest of the country, and we cannot count on rainfall patterns to be consistent. Water restrictions and shortages will affect us all. The price of water now almost rivals that of gasoline. The imminent effects of global warming will surely increase the value of clean water beyond the limits of our immagination.
