CEDAR ROCK WWTP OPERATIONS:
We are beginning our second year of operations at Cedar Rock. The system is performing very well
and has met all compliance requirements mandated by the Department of Environmental Quality. Average
BOD and TSS values are well below limits and Nitrogen values are almost non-detectable.

THE MONETA REGIONAL WASTEWATER PLANT
The Moneta Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant is now up and running.
EcoOptions began start up activities on December 4, 2006 and first discharge
occured on January 2, 2007. The effluent was crystal clear and within permit
parameters. The system is well designed, flexible and is operating very well.
Test results have been consistent and far below permit limits.

FINCASTLE WWTP
EcoOptions is now under contract to start up the new twin 62,500 gallon
BioWheel treatment trains at Fincastle, Virginia. The system is equipped with
tertiary filtration and ultra-violet disinfection and will de-nitrify. Activities started June 14, 2007.
The system was designed and built to serve the Town of Fincastle, Va. and a new
Department of Corrections facility.
